I discovered your tumblr the other day, and since then, I've found your art incredibly inspiring. You probably get a shit load of these types of messages, but I really wanted to leave one of my own. It's also good to know that there's more vegetarian LGBT-rights activist out there. Especially the ones who love art. So um yeah, you're talented and I'm a fan now. I should shush before I weird you out. Aha, bye Emily~ c:
Thank you so much, that really means a lot. Haha, I get bursts when an eatsleepdraw submission goes through, but to be honest my message box is generally gathering cobwebs. YES, vegetarian activist art-appreciators FTW! That rocks, my new friend.
Random, but I just saw your submission on eat sleep draw and I just happened to click on the link to this blog (which i rarely do, i usually just look at the art) and I read your bio. I am a sophomore at SCAD also studying illustration ... so random but I just thought that was worth sharing haha. kinda strange i thought
Ah what a coincidence! I’m sure I’ll see you around Morris then. Well it’s nice to sort of meet you, I’m Emily. :]
Hoy shit. I saw your artwork on eatsleepdraw and thought, ohey, that portrait is done by Emily. I know an Emily that draws in a similar fashion. And then I click your blog link and it's THE SAME PERSON. All creepiness aside, I think my mind just got blown. Also, this is Julie from Q&A. To lessen the creepiness more. :]
Omg, that is awesome. You recognized my style?? No worries I’m flattered rather than creeped, haha. Thanks though, following you now. :]
Help support Jen Bird’s senior film! This steampunk styled story is about a young lesbian trying to escape an oppressive society. I’m psyched to be working on it as the concept and storyboard artist, check it out, and please reblog if you enjoy it. :]
